Members of the InSite team and the Oklahoma Department of Commerce visited Blackwell as part of the Targeted Opportunities Program (TOP) grant requirement. The site visit was a final part of the program revealing the overall grant projects objectives through Education, Improvement to meet the needs of potential clients, Gap Analysis, and Marketing of the industrial park sites.
